Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom builds and special services may require additional time; we’ll contact you with updates.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or location.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in the AK Valley. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Restrictions
We do not ship completed bikes outside the continental U.S. without prior arrangement.
